Course Structure: This course is divided into four modules, focusing on breakfast, lunch, dinner, and efficient prep strategies. Each module will include: - Key Principles: The core ideas behind quick and healthy meal prep for busy families. - Recipe Ideas: Practical, one-pot/one-pan recipes utilizing fresh, frozen, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-eat ingredients. - Prep Ahead Tips: Specific strategies for prepping components of the meals in advance to save time. - Customization Notes: Ideas for adapting recipes to suit different tastes and dietary needs (including picky eaters!). - Bonus module with additional tips and downloadable meal prep templates!
