When a joist is holding more weight than it was built for — when it starts to bow, to strain, to quietly give — a carpenter doesn't replace it. she reinforces it. she takes a second beam, sets it flush alongside the first, and fastens them together. the two carry the load as one. the original beam doesn't just survive. it becomes stronger than it ever was alone.

Why I'm building this
I'm Brianna — certified and master's level health coach, msw candidate, and founder of brianna yates wellness. I'm building my coaching practice while raising three kids, and I know exactly what a beam feels like right before it begins to bow.
